Step 1: Inquire & Chat

It all starts with a quick inquiry through my contact form. From there, I’ll reach out to confirm your date and answer any questions you have. We’ll chat over email or phone (whichever you prefer!) so I can hear all about your wedding plans and make sure we’re the perfect fit.

Step 2: Lock In Your Date

Once you’re ready to book, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A retainer is required to officially reserve your date (that way no one else can snag it!). After that, you’re officially on my calendar, time to celebrate!

Step 3: Planning Together

As your day gets closer, I’ll help you with things like:

And if you want to plan an engagement session, we’ll choose the perfect location, season, and style that feels like you. Engagement sessions are such a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and celebrate this season of life.

Step 4: Your Wedding Day!

This is where the magic happens. I’ll show up ready to capture all the moments, big and small. My approach is a mix of candid, documentary-style coverage and a little gentle posing to make sure you look your best without feeling stiff.

Step 5: Gallery Delivery

After your wedding day, I carefully select and edit every photo so your gallery tells the full story of your day. You’ll receive a beautiful, high-resolution online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints of your images.

Step 6: Album & Print Options

If you’d like, we can work together to create a stunning heirloom album or prints to display in your home, the perfect way to relive your day for years to come.
