Welcome to Jocelyn Nicole Photography ("we," "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our site.

1. Services

We provide wedding, engagement, and portrait photography services. All services are arranged through a separate written agreement — any pricing or packages shown on this site are estimates only and do not create a booking.

2. User Conduct

• Use the site responsibly: no illegal activity, spam, or unauthorized scraping.

• You own the content you submit to us; we retain rights to display client images in our portfolio and marketing where permitted by your agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Our site and content — including all photographs — are copyrighted. You receive a limited license for personal use only; no downloading, resale, editing, or commercial use without our written consent.

4. Payments & Bookings

Services are paid per your photography agreement. Retainers and payments are non-refundable once a date is reserved or a milestone is delivered, unless your agreement states otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party issues. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid.

6. Termination & Governing Law

We may suspend site access for violations. These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms — continued use implies acceptance.
